Furniture manufacturer

A furniture and home décor manufacturer and brand, with its own factory and a network of stores. The operation runs from the production of each piece to delivery to the end customer, through in-store and online sales.

The work began in 2017 with the factory management system and has continued, since 2018, as an ongoing support relationship.

The approach

In the factory, the system organises production, shipping and order picking, supplier relations and activity statistics. It also includes customer satisfaction surveys.

The digital presence follows the same logic: the online shop and the native Android and iOS apps share information with management, with no parallel catalogues.

Codemaker also provides the company's IT support, so software, servers and workstations are handled as a single service.

Today

With more than eight years of logged requests, it is one of the projects with the longest support history on the platform. Each improvement, whether a new report, a production adjustment or a shop feature, is planned, logged and delivered continuously.
