Property valuation firm

A property valuation firm that works with a network of external valuers and reviewers and receives client files with set deadlines.

In 2025, the challenge was to replace a system in use since 2011, holding around 80,000 files, without interrupting daily work.

The approach

The new platform was built to cover what the previous system did and stayed synchronised with it until the switchover, bringing over the entire history.

Each file moves from request to report with statuses, deadlines and automatic reminders. The valuer is chosen by proximity, using geolocation and distance calculation, and reports are reviewed before delivery.

Proposals, which convert into files, followed, together with invoicing and valuer receipts.

Today

External valuers have their own portal to manage availability, invoicing and personal details. More than a decade of files is available on the same platform used every day.
