In 2024, the aim was to replace follow-up by email and spreadsheets with a platform shared with clients.

The approach

Each order is recorded with products, minimum quantities, volumes, containers, lead times and delivery terms. Quality inspections are attached to the order, with their reports.

Clients receive online forms to validate information and follow their account statement and invoices on the same platform, available in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Today

The platform is hosted and maintained by Codemaker in the cloud, and the company and its clients work on the same information, in any time zone.
