A property management company working in refurbishment, rentals and accommodation, where each property has an inventory, contracts, maintenance and a daily relationship with tenants and owners.
In 2024, the aim was to bring into one system the information that was split between folders, emails and spreadsheets.
The approach
The system started with projects and properties, with documents and incident logging. Each property now has its own areas, inventory and stock.
In 2025 contracts and deposits were added, with due-date and overdue alerts, together with credits, purchases, the calendar and bookings. Sales and purchase documents flow automatically into the accounting software.
Today
Inspections are carried out on mobile, with a checklist, photos and the signatures of the client and the owner on the spot. There is a support chat and, since 2026, message flows defined per property.
The team follows each property from contract to final inspection without switching tools.
