A furniture and home décor retailer with brand stores, where each sale may involve a supplier order, payment and delivery to the customer's home.
The aim was to link what happens between the store, the warehouse and the delivery crews in a single flow.
The approach
The system manages quotes, supplier orders, in-store collections and the delivery warehouse, with an up-to-date catalogue and price lists.
Multibanco reference payments are generated in the system itself, and incidents are attached to each order.
Today
Delivery crews work with their own app, management receives a daily report, and the link to the company's marketing platform keeps customer contacts up to date.
Codemaker also provides the company's IT support.
