Construction company

A construction company with public and private projects, its own crews in the field and an operation in which each site's budget, deadlines, resources and costs change every day.

The project started in 2025 with site management and grew, in little more than a year, into a system that follows each project from tender to after-sales.

The approach

Site management brings together the budget, work breakdown, execution, daily time logging, progress statements, orders, extensions and invoicing. Equipment and material requests are made and approved in the same system.

Human resources were integrated with the ERP: payroll, bonuses, attendance and production, with no re-keying.

Transport documents are registered automatically on the municipal portal required for moving materials, and fleet and supplier reports come straight from site data.

Today

In 2026 public tenders were added (notices, tender documents, bills of quantities and estimates, with artificial intelligence tools to analyse the documents), together with after-sales: warranties, inspections, defects and release of guarantees.

The office and the field work on the same information, and the cost of each project is known while it is under way, not only at closing.
