A group of construction and workforce companies, with workers spread across several sites and clients and invoicing based on the hours actually worked.

In 2023, hours were recorded on paper and gathered by hand at the end of the month. The first goal was to have time per site in a single system.

The approach

Time logging was the starting point. In 2024 came costs per worker, expenses, rates and partial and monthly closings.

In 2025, client invoicing started coming from that data, at the agreed hourly rate, with ERP synchronisation and SMS alerts. In the same year, the group companies' websites moved onto the platform.

Today

The paper timesheets that still exist are read by an artificial intelligence agent, which proposes the entries for review before they enter the system.

From the logged hour to the invoice, the process is now continuous, and each group company can see costs and margins per site.
